Because you need to buy a download subscription. You can always download the source code from http://www.rekallrevealed.org and build the packages yourself. I should point out, however, you would need to buy yourself a commercial Qt Enterprise license for the Windows edition at a cost of $2490 and if you want to produce a comercial version of Rekall for Linux and Windows you would need to buy a Duo Pack Qt Enterprise license at a cost of $3740
