The ODBC 2.2.0 Installer shows "C:\Program Files\Rekall2" as the default installation folder. However, when the installation completes you will find that the ODBC Plugin has actually been installed into "C:\Program Files\theKompany\Rekall2".
This causes subsequent issues using the ODBC Plugin because Rekall expects the plugin to be installed in the same directory. When Rekall and the ODBC plugin are in different folders then the "RDBMS Type" drop-list in the "Database Connection Wizard" will not show the "Rekall ODBC Driver" entry.
I have been able to work around this problem by removing Rekall and the ODBC plugin and then reinstalling them (by choosing a new folder for Rekall) into "C:\Program Files\theKompany\Rekall2".
OS: Windows 2000 SP 4
Rekall: Rekall_2.2.1-040902
Rekall ODBC: RekallODBC_2.2.0-040403
